Our 2.5 year old son started attending Ecole a few months ago, part-time, having never attended daycare before. As you can imagine, this was a difficult transition for him (and me!) The staff have been nothing but kind, caring, reassuring, and making us feel as if we are family there. After touring many daycares, we landed on Ecole because of the extra attention they seemed to pay to the children and their specific needs, and I’m so happy with our decision. The director, Tsaka, has been so kind and welcoming, and my son’s teacher, Diana, has been extremely patient and understanding with my son’s needs. We look forward to a growing relationship with Ecole and have nothing but positive things to say so far!
They provide an excellent learning environment for my kid. The teachers are very caring and always show their love and attention. The activities held regularly at the school are very beneficial for the children's development. My kids are learning and having fun in a clean and safe environment. I highly recommend it!
We love Ecole360. I feel my kids are safe and well taken care of when I drop them off. Everyone is friendly and communicative. They really get to know your whole family. My kids have made great friends here. And they are learning so much! My 3rd child is learning her letter recognition faster than my other kids being here at Ecole 360. Lots of family activities. Glad we chose Ecole 360.

Writing this review is difficult, but I feel it's important to share my experience to help other parents make informed decisions about their children's care. My husband and I toured numerous daycares in the area, with Ecole standing out due to its high reviews and the warmth we felt from the director, Miss Amy, during our tour. I was particularly impressed with the curriculum and the welcoming atmosphere, which made Ecole a strong contender for our daughter's care. At the time, our daughter was 4 months old, and we were focused on finding the right infant room. During our visit, we noticed the teachers were busy, which I initially took as a positive sign, given the number of babies in the room. The pricing was within our budget, and I envisioned a long-term relationship with Ecole, especially appreciating their calendar of events and promise of community. After paying the deposit, we decided to enroll our daughter at Ecole, even though we had another daycare option that rated slightly higher on our list. The convenience of Ecole's location ultimately won us over. As any parent knows, the first day of daycare is a challenging transition, but I had grown comfortable leaving my daughter in environments where I felt confident in the care provided. Unfortunately, our experience on Day 1 at Ecole was disheartening. Midway through the day, I received a call informing me that Mia was having difficulty adjusting and was crying a lot. They also mentioned she had trouble taking her bottles, something she had never experienced before. The communication via the app was unclear and didn’t ease my concerns. When I arrived to pick her up, I found my daughter crying in a bouncer, with the teacher on the other side of the room. The situation was distressing, compounded by a comment I overheard: “It’s okay, some parents take longer than others.” This remark, coupled with the teacher’s statement that Mia was upset because "all her friends had left," left me questioning the care and attention my daughter received. Given that my daughter was only 4 months old, it was unsettling to hear that her crying was attributed to something she couldn’t even comprehend, rather than the true root cause—such as being tired or hungry. I left feeling uneasy and lacking the peace of mind I had hoped to find in the care provided by Ecole. The following day, I spoke with Miss Amy, who informed me that a new teacher was being trained, and the teacher I interacted with at pick-up was on her last day. While I appreciated Miss Amy’s kindness and her efforts to understand my concerns, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the care provided fell short of my expectations. I requested a discussion with the director to share my feedback and inquire about a potential partial refund, as I was charged $1031 for just one day of care. Although I knew a refund was unlikely, I wanted to voice my experience and concerns. Unfortunately, despite being promised a follow-up, I had to reach out myself two weeks later. The response I received was brief, generic, and impersonal, stating that policy dictated I should have been charged for an additional 4 weeks as notice. This left me feeling dismissed and unheard. I’m not suggesting that other families haven’t had positive experiences at Ecole or that their teachers are incapable of providing great care, but my personal experience left me feeling uneasy and uncertain about their ability to meet the standard of care I expect for my daughter. At the very least, I was surprised there was no follow-up after sharing my concerns. Trusting your gut is crucial, especially when it comes to your child's well-being, and I ultimately decided to find a daycare where I felt my daughter’s needs would be better understood and met.
