Eastridge Academy LLC

My son (5mo) has been attending Eastridge Academy for about 2 months so far and we have loved it. His teachers are so personable and kind - we love Ms. Marie, Ms. Janisha, and Ms. Gabby! The director, Ms. Monica, has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure he transitioned well to full time daycare! There’s great communication and care between teachers and parents. My son is also always smiling and in a great mood when I pick him up - he absolutely loves it which makes this mama’s heart so happy!

East Ridge Academy is a fantastic daycare where every staff member truly cares for the children like family. The team is incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure each child is safe, happy, and thriving. Even when small issues arise, they handle everything with such grace and efficiency, ensuring that things always work out beautifully. The environment is warm and welcoming, with children's art proudly displayed throughout the space, showing just how much they enjoy creative activities. It's clear that East Ridge Academy is a place where both kids and parents feel valued and supported!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this daycare personally. My daughter went there for about 2 years and here are some things I’ve myself witnessed and also heard. In the beginning I had my concerns about the yelling and the director told me “voice carries so it just sounds loud” but one day I went to pick up my child and literally caught my daughters teacher literally yelling at the kids to where her face turned red she was angry and these kids at the time were 2 years old kinda disgusting to be honest and this was just the beginning. They can never keep anyone working there really so it’s always different people in and out of there ! Also the last straw for me was just the laziness of who they hired I would catch the teachers just sitting on a chair bossing the kids around on what to do ect or yelling at them which is wild think they tend to forget like your watching little kids not like grade school high school adults like come on do better and redirect yourself real weird behavior. The last day I took my daughter her sleeping bag was wet of urine (yes I have extra clothes in her cubby ) now why they were not put on I don’t know but when I picked her up she had the same clothes where she peed in! Literally ran around in her urine till it was dry that pissed me off plus her sleeping bag was touching everyone else’s sleeping bag that was just bunched up together lol that just tells you that yeah they are not sanitary at all. There’s more stuff that went on but I’m just going to leave this here. Also I’ve tried to leave an email and I never got a response lol so you can see how unprofessional they are with that. No comment to anything no apology or anything. Pretty sure they just hire anyone off the streets. Also some of the reviews you are reading are from people that work there just saying.

My daughter has been here since she was one years old. All of her teachers have always been so patient and attentive. Her current teacher Ms.Ceaira is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I would highly recommend Eastridge Academy!

This school is the best!!! The facility smells so good when you walk in! Everything is so clean and sanitized. All the staff is GREAT! Very friendly and work with you and your child's needs. They keep the classes super clean and low in ratio so that way all children get the proper attention they need to learn and grow. This facility is not just a day care they actually teach the children and prepare them for kindergarten!! I would definitely recommend Eastridge Academy!
