Be careful with your children and who you dropped them off with. Used their services for two years for ABA therapy and in one day it all changed with a new RBT our son was assigned.

My son is a micropreemie & does PT here. His physical therapist, Kaitlyn, is soooo good with him! We come twice a week & his motor delays are beginning to improve. There's always plenty of parking & the facility is always neat & clean. The front desk staff is also friendly. I would definitely recommend Easterseals.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I am appalled at how this place has jerked my child and I around. Since the beginning of April, I have been trying to get my child into this place. The start of April, my child and I decided to do a walk in JUST to see if there is or would be any availability any time soon. I met with the director, and during that time I filled out paperwork and talked with her about my child and what we were looking for from them for her. She gave me more paperwork to fill out at home with the intention of letting me know when a space would be available. Explaining that first comes first serve with their current children. Totally and completely understandable of course. But also letting me know there will be space available for my child end of May start of June. I said that's actually perfect because also during this time I took off my job, director of a childcare facility myself, to spend some time with my child. End of May comes along and i hadn't heard anything from the director or assistant director, so I decide to go up there. It's was fairly early in the day and neither are available. I do then tell the, not so kind, receptionist to let the director know I came by and if she wouldn't mind calling me that would be great. She does in fact call me and lets me know it won't be for another two weeks till she gets my baby in. Goes on to say there is a child transitioning out and that will be her spot. That day comes along, I call on my own again. I call a few times before I'm finally able to get someone to help. Assistant director said "you have to talk to the director about that" and nothing else. Finally gets the director, she said something came up and she won't be able to start for another week and a half. Frustrated I said okay, but understood. At this time she said I needed to fill paperwork out because it had been lost/misplaced. I get the paperwork from another worker there, filled it out, and came back up there to turn it in myself. Again, not director or assistant there to speak with me. End of June, the 22nd, comes along and she tells me they have a spot for her to start on July 1st. I call that Monday because that's a Tuesday and she tells me it will be the 11th. Then she calls me the day after and says at that time they no longer have a spot. Of course enraged, I asked for someone over her. That was Daphne. She assured me she would do everything she can to get her in and find out why the paperwork was misplaced, AGAIN! Because at this time intake wasn't done. She also says that all 4 year old classes are already out of ratio and they can't place my child in a class that is already full like that. And again, I'm a director, I understand. But again she assures me that she will in fact fix this situation. She said "I will get her in". Even though I said "what about ratio?". Then TODAY, July 7th, I get a phone call from said partner who works there just to tell me Daphne informed her she tried calling me twice and that another child took precedence over mine and get the spot we have been waiting months for. I thought all classes were full? And she said each class was over a couple kids a piece. For someone to tell me my child, with a deep speech impediment, is not as important because she is considered typical. My child whose speech therapist has her coming a few times a week and was very good with the idea of her going to Easterseals. And as Daphne said, it's in the manual.. in which I was never given. And if all this was the case.. I could have put my child in at another place when space was available. By the time I realized, it was too late. I've been out of work and my child without childcare for months due to me trusting this business. I finally get in touch with Daphne. First a foremost, she is not a kind human. She is sneaky and disrespectful and she hung up in my face when she didn't like what I said. Someone needs to come in and check on these children in this place. I'm very serious. Just enraged and disgusted.

My older son (Down Syndrome) has been going to Easter Seals since he was 2 and he's now almost 9. They treat him like family and are absolutely amazing with him. When we had our second son (neuro-typical) it was such a relief to learn he too could attend Easter Seals. Such a weight lifted to KNOW our babies are in great hands.

Its nice to do therapy at one location. My son has came a long way working with the therapist! The staff is great and helpful. If you have a child with special needs I would recommend getting your child involved, the earlier, the better. No child needs to be left behind! They also have day care and when doing therapy 4 times a week Easter seals helps by working around the clock. I'm very greatful and I know that I made the rite decision in giving my son the opportunity to learn and grow. I'm very thankful to all the staff and volunteers!
