If it weren’t for Nina Demarco who is terrible and super dismissive. It’s blatantly obvious she doesn’t care which is extremely ironic for someone allegedly trained in suicide prevention, I would in a heartbeat give them five stars as everyone but Nina is incredible, which is super unfortunate.

My wife and I (both Veterans) were trying to get some assistance recently due to a very unfortunate event. Even for some minimal help with emergency food needs since my wife is chronically ill and requires very special types of dietary supplements available at local stores (Ensure/Pedialyte) as its all she can get down. Food banks do not offer that as i explained to him multiple times. But Anthony did everything possible to push us off and refer us out to other organizations. Even after explaining the dire need he told us to try reaching out elsewhere first to offset any costs to Easterseals. Just deplorable. This is NOT the type of individual who should be working in this capacity. He's a gatekeeper and he really did his best to shun us from any direct assistance. We used Easterseals in the past and thevery nice lady who helped us at that time was caring, compassionate and amazing. Over the next couple of months he would even call back to check on us for no reason Unfortunately I did get nasty after a few emails into it. I am very frustrated and am only looking out for my wifes best interests. Its not about me. She was able to pawn a few trinkets to get at least get a couple of things.
I have a loved one that attends their morning program 4 days a week. The days she goes to her program she is filled with purpose and pride. She thrives there. The staff are all fantastic!! They all show immense patience with their clients. It can't be easy dealing with our loved ones struggling with dementia and Alzheimer's. The support and compassion is top notch!! The amazing staff goes above and beyond the expectations ☺️ I am truly grateful for Easter seals and their programs. They even give so much support and compassion to the family members, which has been invaluable to me❤️ I highly recommend this place!!
