I am deeply disappointed and concerned with the way this daycare has handled serious issues regarding the care of my children. When I brought up legitimate concerns about my daughter and son’s well-being and the safety practices at this facility, they were not only dismissed, but completely ignored. Their director Mandy McCreary even so much as screamed at me like a child and called her son who is a police officer on me to leave her office because she did not want to address my concerns so intensely. Rather than addressing or investigating these matters, the management chose to deflect responsibility and offered no meaningful resolution. Now, because I chose to hold them accountable and refused to overlook their failures, this daycare has declined to accept my daughter back into their care now that Mandy has resigned. This is not only unprofessional, but also shows a troubling lack of commitment to the children’s best interests. It seems easier for them to exclude a concerned parent than to correct or even acknowledge serious problems. Parents entrust daycare centers with the safety and development of their most precious family members. It is unacceptable for any facility to disregard valid concerns and retaliate by denying care to a child. I hope other parents will take this experience into account when deciding on care for their children.

My son attends Easter Seals for childcare. I cannot say enough good things about this center. They are responsive, kind and loving. At a previous childcare, we had all sort of trouble with communicating with the school and at the end of the month, my son was still crying when I dropped him off there. At Easter Seals, my son walked into the school smiling after a week! His teacher calls us if she is worried and the director is very responsive to emails. They have taken COVID seriously and I trust them to keep my kid as safe as possible. My son is visually impaired and they have collaborated with me to make sure my son is learning just as much as sighted kids. I HIGHLY recommend this center.

Not the easiest place to work with, currently lost our jobs because we couldnt drop off the kids for two weeks in a row. There's staff shortages/issues, they send mass emails so it's not like they're not trying. If you don't religiously check your emails *first thing* after waking up you'll miss important details of what's to come. Also the children rooms are usually at max by 7 ~ 8am, so you get turned away if you're not RIGHT THERE at opening. Overall unsatisfied with everything, especially since jobs were lost because of it.

My granddaughter went there for about 2 years and it was a safe, caring and a great educational facility with highly skilled educators.
