The young man that was in the mobile unit in Ste Genevieve was No Help at all !!! And he stood in the doorway while it was extremely hot outside and I told him that I needed to come in and sit down and cool off. And he seemed to rush me out of the trailer so he could lock up and I guess go get lunch.
Kathleen Capps is so nice and does everything she can do to help you. She treats you with respect and dignity. She is down to earth and I feel comfortable talking to her and I am so glad she works there!
There was a wait, however it places that help the elderly, disabled, or poor there usually is. I forgot her name..it was office on the left. She was easy going, and helped me get done what I needed to do! Great gal
Great people doing very good and needed work. Needed now as much as ever. Thank you, we baby boomers are a large and difficult group.
