Needs to be more friendly and help without making you feel the is coming out thier pocket I have 150 available and I have put the 600 on my bill but they expect someone on a fixed income pay the one lump sum and I can’t help unless I pay the one lump sum and in payments to reach the goal needed. Also they use to have emergency funds to help and I haven’t heard about the emergency funds in 2 years
