Today lady at the front desk so rude. The older lady is so greeting and nice. usually never have this problem. Poor representation of services. I believe that you treat people with respect and dignity. Think she just filling in.
Not having health insurance and being a female is extremely difficult and stressful. I have been coming here for 8 years and am so thankful. The staff, Miss Donna and Miss Lucia, are amazing in every way. Even when I come in to bad news, I'm thankfuk I get to hear it from the women I have trusted and grown to love over the years. They truly go above and beyond for every patient.
