I really wish I could remember my son's coordinators name because she was so helpful. I wanted in person speech for my son and she found it for the services for him. I really wish they gave more education on CPSE. I was hesitant to refer my son and waited a few months it took so long and my son missed out when he could have been fast tracked and there wouldnt have been a lapse in serves from EI to CPSE but anyway thats ok that doesnt take away from this agency and the work his coordinator did to find his OT and speech she was great.
As a parent of a child with developmental delays who receives therapeutic services, I can honestly say without hesitation that A + early intervention is an agency that truly cares for children. A+ plus employs diligent professionals who still care about the value of providing top quality therapy sessions. Children are treated and cared for as individuals. Dealing with and communicating with administration and management has been a very positive experience. It's nice to speak with professionals who will take the time out to work with you and treat you with the utmost respect, while answering any questions and concerns you may have. As a health professional for the past 20 years, I understand quite well how therapy agencies work and understand that it is a business. However, I truly believe that A+'s reputation is built on providing exceptional service to families and their children....and I don't see this changing anytime soon! Thank you A+!!!
This is an agency that is dedicated to excellence. APlus employs experienced professionals who can truly make a difference in the lives of youngsters. The management is very well prepared so that the specialists who work at APlus can spend 100% of their time assisting the clients. Thank you for being so supportive to both your employees and your families.
Avoid the coordinator Nicole she can care less about you or your child. Just because I told her that she’s unorganized and unprofessional she told me “ these are free services and I can pull my son out when i please “ like chick who do u think u are I will pull him out when I chose to not when u tell me to tf. She’s very unpleasant no Thanku she was think she speaking to a punk for my child I will go to the end. She shouldn’t even be working there seems like she hates her job. Other then that the therapists my son has seen so far or pretty cool.
