My daughter has been enrolled at PCG Shermans Dale since she was a baby. We have enjoyed watching her grow and make friends. Her teachers are excellent (big thank you to Ms Robyn and Ms. Sam!) and truly want the best for all of the kids in their care. The director is always understanding, accommodating, and takes fast action regarding any concerns brought to her attention. We appreciate that breakfast and snacks are included and feel well informed thanks to updates throughout the day via Procare app.
Our family has been with PCG - Shermans Dale for over 3 years now, since our first born was 10 months old. Our second born will be starting soon! The director, Melissa, is amazing. She is very attentive and caring!! Our son adores her and the staff. Even on days when he is a bit of a handful, they are compassionate and understanding to him. They are open to listening to any questions or concerns you may have. This center has made it easier to leave your kids in someone else's care. You know your kiddo loves it when at drop off in the morning he says, "ok, mom you can leave now." LOL.
We've been so happy having our son here for daycare. The staff are very caring, organized and professional. Our son gets excited in the morning when it's time to go to daycare. We just have to say a few teachers name's and he is running towards the door to go. The food variety offered is very balanced. Communication is very consistent through the procare app. We feel very at ease knowing our son is in their care!
