Daycare On Friday, November 3rd  early in the morning Ms Naville Soler(assistant) approaches me wanting to talk to me about my daughter’s behavior, as I was reading their news letter. I start panicking thinking if my daughter has a special needs.  No meeting was set or anything. She goes on and tells me that my daughter keeps banging her head on the walls and high chair. Mind you, I had approach them with this concern before and they said it was normal and she would eventually grow out of it. Nothing was mentioned after that, so I figured she was doing better.  I trusted their professional instinct. My daughter has been there for 9 months and they are just NOW telling me they are concerned. She then proceeds to question me in a rude way and when I try to answer her questions she starts talking over me doesn’t even let me talk. At this point I let her talk and then She tells me I need to talk to my husband and to come up with a plan so that our daughter stops hitting her head. The “professional/train personnel” is telling me to come with a plan. Yeah I know sounds ridiculous. I’m feeling ambushed and irritated on how this situation was handled.  Fast forward the same day in the evening when I go pickup my kids, the owner Niurka tells me that I’m picking up my kids late and that I’m suppose to pick them up at 5pm. I was confused and now I’m feeling that I’m being treated differently because of my daughters behavior. She then tells me I need to pay more if I was gonna pick up the kids between 5pm-6:30pm. I have been paying $310 since March 2023 and picking up the kids around 5:30-6pm  and after 8 months as full time she decides to tell me I need to pay more? So that goes to show there’s no type of monitoring when the children are picked up or dropped off,it took 8 months to figure out that I pick them up after 5. Or is this coming up because of my daughter’s behavior?🤔 I told her she has seen me when I pick up my kids before and she never told me anything.  I would have appreciated if they had set up a meeting to talk to me about the concerns and for both of us to come up with a plan to help my daughter would have been more“professional”. I then decided to pull my kids out of the day care, due to my retaliation I was feeling towards my daughter’s behavior, and was scared something might happen to her under their care. On  Nov. 7th I went to pick up my kids stuff and my deposit to my surprise of a MOLDY bottle from my 12months son. I now wonder how long my son has been drinking out of a moldy bottle. Thank you Early discovery Montessori for the trauma you’re now causing me to not want to put my kids on a daycare ever again. Update: after two weeks Ms Naville says that they can’t give me the videos I requested in person on Nov 6&7 because it deletes after 6 days! I know they are hiding something! So very convenient for them to say to give them a week.

The ladies are so kind and nice to my kids. The value for the time is great and I love all the things they teach them. I truly appreciate them all.

Que les puedo decir este Daycare es un tesoro escondido, quiero agradecerle a todo el personal por cuidar tan bien de mi niña desde que tenia 5 años estuvo llendo aquí las maestras muy lindas todas cuidan muy bien a los niños les recomiendo 100% Mi hija quiere ir todo los días eso es señal de que fue muy bien cuidada y atendida, y querida por todos le prometí que pronto la llevaré hacerles una visita. Early Discovery Montessori Academy, sin dudas alguna, la mejor opción para que tu niño esté al mejor cuido y educación sobre todo. El Teams de profesoras son excelente, con un programa de aprendizaje, actividades, ect... mi niña le encanta ir. Se los recomiendo 100%.

Me encanta el daycare las maestras son muy profesionales,cuidan muy bien de los niños,a mi hijo le encanta la comida del daycare😀 le enseñan muchas cosas los ayudan a crecer como personas tienen un parque súper divertido en fin no hay otro como ese se los súper recomiendo a todas esas mamis 😊
