What Parents Say
Early Connections @ Court Care is a court-based childcare facility in Colorado Springs with exceptional ratings. Parents consistently praise the staff's warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, along with the clean, safe, well-stocked facility. The service is free for those attending court and parents report their children were engaged, happy, and well-cared for during jury duty.
I got called for jury duty in Feb 2026. With no family in town I was glad I was able to use court care. They were very professional and friendly. My 2 yr son had a great time playing with the few kids who were also there. He got to take a book home at the end of the day! You can sign in 15min before you schedule court time which is enough time to sign paper work and get your child settle. They do close for lunch so just keep that in mind. But I would use their service again.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this facility on Tuesday, February 3, around 3:30 p.m. A front desk employee named Briselle displayed very rude, impatient, and agitated behavior the moment we entered. As soon as we walked in with multiple children, she audibly sighed, appeared visibly annoyed, and questioned why we were there in an unwelcoming and dismissive manner. This is a childcare facility, and given that we entered with several children, a basic level of professionalism, patience, and understanding should be expected. We were there because we urgently needed childcare assistance while attending a court proceeding for our sister, yet no effort or care was shown to help us. The behavior we witnessed was alarming. If parents are treated with this level of hostility, it raises serious concerns about how children may be treated. I have formally reported this employee, and I sincerely hope that this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken. No parent or child should be made to feel unwelcome or dismissed when seeking care.
I took my 3 young children here while I was at 3 weeks of jury duty. All of my kids really enjoyed themselves. They were fully engaged and exhausted ant the end of the day. The staff were amazing! They genuinely enjoyed my kids and you could tell they all loved their job and wanted to make the parents and children comfortable with them. The facility was extremely clean and well stocked with toys and the security surrounding the building and room made me very comfortable with my kids safety. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend to others while at court.
My kids went to court care when I was summoned for jury duty. The staff was very reassuring, friendly & helpful! The environment was also well maintained & clean. Both my kids had a blast and left in great moods despite my youngest missing her nap due to my summons time! It was nice to know they were not far from the jury waiting room as well!
The ladies at Court Care are beyond wonderful. They were welcoming, informative and supportive. Any child in their care will leave happy. I found a cute little surprise in my bag of an art piece they helped my 8 month old create. I appreciate their services today so much. 10/10 stars! ✨
