What Parents Say
Early Childhood University has highly polarized reviews. Three parents praised the teachers' kindness, knowledge, and child development tracking, while two parents reported serious concerns about the director's behavior, lack of rest accommodations, and facility cleanliness standards.
My kiddo's teachers were kind, knowledgeable, and fun and this was all reflected in my child's exponential growth over the last 9 months. I don't think my kiddo could have had a better first school year experience and we couldn't be more grateful for Kristen, April, and Melissa.
Horrible experience with the director. After being told I couldn't bring my daughter in after her Dr appointment, baffled, I reconfirmed with another lady that Dr appointments were not actually a good excuse for being late. The next day, I read my emails, and they told me my daughter was kicked out of the program. No warning, no conference. She's incredibly sad, missing all of her friends she was finally warming up to. Surely her friends are missing her as well. How can it be morally acceptable to do this to a 4 year old due to a MINOR tiff with the parent? They also provide no quiet place for kids to be alone, and no cots or matts or nap time offered whatsoever. So it's difficult for small children to understand why the mean lady is yelling at her friends every day, when obviously the laws that are there to protect from fatigue and bad bad child care are not even acknowledged. Kids who are tired need rest. If you're a preschool teacher, you should know this. Not to mention their idea of healthy snacks is goldfish and cheese it's every day. My daughter came home starving every day. 1 star is honestly too many for these folks. If they get shut down, it would be overdue. The post/review that said how rude she is was most obviously not fake because it hit the nail on the head!
I love this school for my daughter. My daughter’s teacher’s Ms. Basia and Ms. Sabrina are amazing! I would 100% tell friends if they need a pre-school to bring their children to, it would be this school. The way the teachers help my daughter is great, my daughter is non stop talking what she learned in class that day. Ms. Basia even makes a profile each month for you about what your child is learning. They show you what your child has improved in. What’s changed in the months they’ve been there. Such a wonderful school.
Owner incredibly rude to both parents and children. Facility is not up to standards in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. One teacher I spoke to quite lovely, sadly due to owners behaviour I wouldn't leave my children there if you paid me.
Best experience yet!
