Attention All caring and involved parents…This Daycare center needs to be shut down…To expensive with Poor quality of care. All they think about is money and send your child home after getting them sick and still charge you. And their So called manager Amber is a very unprofessional, disgusting ,disrespectful human being that I wouldn’t Trust with my dog. She doesn’t care about any concerns from parents and No follow up’s but money. They have you sign a form to get free lunch from the state to feed your kids but want you to pay them an arm and leg. I advise you to Not take your child to this disgusting place unless you want them to get bit multiple times within a week or get sick from this facility not being cleaned properly which they call this “Normal” I wonder what State will feel about that….
Honestly, I use to love this place until new management took over. The teachers use to be awesome but when new management came in all the good ones started trickling out. Only a few good ones left. All management is worried about is money and not the kids or staff. I paid a fortune to that place for the last 9 years. They say they do preschool but they most def do not. My child learned nothing for kindergarten and no curriculum. Only thing my kids came home with is scribbled pictures never anything educational. Very unsatisfied with how they treated me on my last day after spending 9 years there. Made me pay 500 dollars for not giving a two weeks heads up ( don’t even get my 50 dollar discount). Management could do better. They keep running everyone out of that place . If they find someone who cares about them then the good coworkers might stay!
How do they deem it reasonable to increase our weekly payments to the point of it being 20% of my wife and I's combined income? This is ludicrous. I understand their deal of adjusting off earnings, but 20% combined? It is now almost $500 more than our mortgage to have them watch one child so we can both work.
Had issue with 2 yr old being bitten daily x 2 weeks plus. Beacon administration slow to respond or make changes. Called CEO of early Childhood Alliance,Amber Taggart. Within 24 hrs problem was addressed and handled in a caring an professional way. Problem solved. This has been a great daycare in past but recently has slipped. Glad to see their CEO is open in checking problems and willing to listen to parent concerns. Thanks Amber.
If you want your children to nap for three hours straight while paying alot of money to them. This is the place for you and your child! Pretty sure there has to be rules against this. Completely unfair to our babies. Do better!!!!
