Horrible place to live, management is minimal at best, maintenance person Polo is the most ignorant person you could try to work with, and does the cheapest labor possible, fellow neighbors have been without electricity for half of their 4 bedroom apartment for over a year, they refuse to fix it without them paying for a whole new apartment, was mouse infested to the point we had to move due to personal property damage was in the thousands but they refused to do more then set a few traps ever 3 to 4 weeks. The list goes on and on.

If I can I give this place a 0 star, I would. First couple months of living at boulder creek, we noticed there were tons of red tiny ants in the kitchen and roaches in the bathroom. Reported it to management and they had someone come spray pesticides, but didn’t help. The staff who works in the office, Shannon and Donna, are very rude. Read your contracts carefully before signing! If you live there for less then 18 months and move out they make you pay for everything they do to the place regardless of how clean and spotless you left it! They kept my $900 security deposit and charged me almost an extra $500 to paint all the doors in the apartment. Called corporate, but they wasn’t no help. They kept redirecting us back to Shannon and Donna. Even though I knew our little family were good tenants that kept to ourselves, and actually took care of their apartment for the year that we stayed there, we ended up paying the $500 fee and let them keep our $900 deposit when we moved out. Save yourself the headache and your hard earn money.

Don't rent here too many rules like prison can't hang out with friends and family can't listen to music can't live that way! Children get bullied by staff my children were called retarded by the maintenance man, when they came to do repairs on things that needed attention he walked in on my wife while she was in the shower just getting out of it! Was there for 10 years was great at first then the last few years I was there it started falling apart mid 2016 got worse from there on! If you are looking for a place to call home this is not safe.

I have lived in the Boulder Creek Apartments for almost 2 years and have found this place to be safe and very comfortable for my whole family. The managers are very helpful, courteous and professional. The price is very affordable. We want to thank the management team of Shannon and Donna as well as the maintenance staff for all their help.

It's an awfully disgusting place to live. The people who live here and the neighbors next door, drug addicts and tweakers at night, and antagonistic children during the day. No parent knows how to be a parent. We've been subjugated bullying and vandalism by the children and threats and slander by the adults. It's truly a place to loose hope in humanity and the next generation.
