What Parents Say
This facility appears to be a government assistance office rather than a daycare center. Reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with parents citing severe organizational failures, unresponsive caseworkers, lost documents, and delayed or denied benefits. A small number of positive comments mention helpful staff members, but these are vastly outnumbered by complaints about unprofessional conduct and systemic dysfunction.
THIS DEPARTMENT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS ! I’ll say the quiet part out loud.. If you are single father your case will not get the attention it deserves !! My CSE case was allowed to build up to over $40,000.00, the paying party never paid one dine on her own and my case worker has refused to take any action. anytime i called in hopes to get results my caseworker retaliated against me!! Damn I wish I could zero stars cause that what my case worker deserves.
I went yesterday to submit some documents for my food stamp and the lady I think her name was Frankie was very helpful. I’m posting this review on the security guard at the food stamp place. She attacked my little daughters and me because she was writing on papers. My apologies that she was writing on “government” papers. I hope you check your heart.
Omg where do I even begin I have literally fax my verification papers from jobs I no longer work for since months ago just to keep getting harassed in the mail with papers stating y’all are gonna cut me off my food stamps like yall literally need to get better fax machines cause the librarian had to fax it to yall non picking .sses multiple times before it went through. Doesn’t have one working number calls u from numbers u can’t even dial back. Y’all should be helping people but they literally don’t care for the wellbeing of others who can’t afford food because of the cost of living and saying get better jobs instead
Caseworker kept calling from private numbers so I couldn't call back. She refused to answer my emails. She also wouldn't tell me what information she needed to update my case. I sent a few updates to her email, no response. So I go in and had to ask someone, then come back in the next day and turn all of it in. I then sent an email and asked my caseworker how to request a new caseworker. No response, again... 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying they cut me off due to not receiving the info they asked for. We need people who actually care about their clients. Not someone who plays dirty tricks and uses retaliation to cut down their caseload. Now I'm having to go through the process to reapply and praying I get a better caseworker.
If i could leave 0 stars I would. Workers should have a workshop about organization skills, ACTIVE LISTENING skills, and empathy. Gave my personal information to the workers last month & they lost it.. only thing i got was i need to reapply when nothing was my fault. Absolutely nonchalant, rude, & unorganized. If they would stop talking when people are talking, maybe the issues will be resolved before hand.. too worried about pens being taken than people’s personal information being shared with them. Pathetic, upsetting, & really needs in depth training on professionalism. Clothes do not make you professional, nor not responding to statements that needs an explanations.
