I had an awful experience at Dots angels and would strongly advise against sending your child here. As a first-time parent, I was hoping for a safe, nurturing environment for my toddler, but instead, I found a daycare that lacks qualified staff, patience, and proper support. The staff seemed overwhelmed, impatient, and uninterested in engaging with the children. My child was treated dismissively, and there was no effort to comfort or communicate with them when needed. Worst of all, they do not actually help with potty training, despite claiming they would. My toddler was left to struggle with it on their own, which only added to my frustration. If you're looking for a place where your child will be cared for properly and supported in key developmental stages like potty training, do not send them here. This daycare was a huge disappointment, and I would never recommend it to any parent.
