What Parents Say
Door to the Future Preschool receives mostly positive feedback from parents, with high praise for staff attentiveness, communication, and child engagement. However, one parent raised concerns about excessive outdoor noise levels disturbing the residential neighborhood.
My child goes to this day car and LOVES IT!!! When my wife and I toured daycares, this one was on a whole new level. Super generous staff, very inclusive with events, kids are so friendly when I come to pick up my son. NO idea what the 1 star review was saying, probably hung over and could hear a mouse squeak.
We toured several daycare facilities and I wanted to cry after each visit... until we went to Solid Start Academy. Mrs. Ali and Miss Chelsea are amazing with the kids. They do projects, spend time outside, and even helped my son Nap by snuggling him extra long. They send me several photos throughout the day to keep me updated. My baby is always happy when I pick him up. I still get panicky thinking about if we had to send him to Kindercare. Thank god we found Solid Start Academy.
When the kids are outside they are constantly SCREAMING. I’m not saying kids aren’t noisy. I’ve raised quite a few but there is a huge difference between “fun laughter and happy noises” and the high pitched obnoxious screaming we hear. I LOVE hearing kids play and have fun. However, no kid needs to be allowed to scream like that. It’s a daycare in the middle of a residential neighborhood and there is a level of noise that should be stopped by the people caring for these kids. If we can hear it inside our house with all the doors and windows closed, it is simply too loud.
We absolutely love the care and attention our children receive from everyone. There is amazing communication from the team and we are so happy to have found them.
They were the BEST with my babies. I appreciate those ladies so much. Thankyou allie and brigit!
