Our experience with this daycare was horrible. Firstly, the front door is NEVER, has never been locked in the year we'eve been with them. We recently moved from NYS and we were skeptical to start a new daycare with our son who was only at the time 1 years of age. Serval times he came home with bruising in his inner ear, and when it was brought to concern with Megan, she stated he probably grabs his own ears. ( which hes never been an ear tugger) He's come home with severe diaper rashes, not just on his buttox but his private areas, which he would scream while being in the shower due to the pain. I've never experienced my son to have night terrors, he would wake up screaming uncontrollably in the middle of the night, without being able to console him. He came home with a 2" round bald patch on the top of his head, which was beyond alarming. I followed up with Megan the following morning to ask if there was any incident reports, she immediatly became defensive and said "well he pulls hair", with no sympathy in her actions. But there was nothing that was noted... Multiple times walking my son to his classroom, I would glance into the baby wing, hearing babies sobbing, the girl who was in charge of taking care of the babies was sitting in the rocking chair looking at her phone and drinking a redbull. When she noticed me she immediatly got up to attend to the baby that was doing tummy time on the pillow. My husband picked up our son one day and heard the young teacher yelling at the children in her classroom "WOULD YOU STOP CRYING!" We had a final incident with this daycare, our son hit his forhead on the shelving unit in the room, with no video footage to share with us, the girls tended to him with ease, however it seemed like a she said story. We were thankful to have help, however the girls are glorified babysitters and truly we are so unsure of the care our son got over the coarse of the year.
I wouldn't even give a star. Yet, had too. The ladies are nice til something happens. Than its hush hush
