I was referred to by 211, which I came around 12pm. Was told by the receptionist at the time that there was available space and to come back at 4pm or a little later. Left to pick my clothes up and attempted to return as soon as possible but traffic was heavy. Called ahead to inform them I would be late but was told that there wasn't any space available because a client returned from a hospital that day. And failed to inform ahead of time, short story is don't come here, waste of time.
Nice kind decent prompt in support, no rigidity of in either accepting of other human beings or suggestions of improvement, thats all you need in crisis. They should be supported back also so their good intentions for others carry on.
