Office staff and teachers have terrible communication skills. Most of the Office staff are so busy doing other stuff then taking care of the children's. They don't do their job right. It becomes a problem when they have to actually work. The office staff has a little click and they know how to sweep stuff under the carpet to cover themselves and act like everything is good when in reality is not. Some teachers don't have the experience/ skills teaching children. Same routine in class gets boring after a while. No motivation is given to the children. This is the worse place to take children. Children get hurt and the teachers/ office staff can't explain what happens or make up lies. They cover up each others mistakes and are always lying. They don't know how to prioritize there day with important stuff that needs closer attention. The daycare's phone number oftentimes don't work and is a safety for every parent that takes their children to that place. They can't never tell you a straight answer when you ask questions. Office communication is terrible. Teachers are afraid of Veronica.

My daughter's pod has been exposed to Covid not Once but Twice. Shes also has gotten Imeptigo from her class. They made me and her father feel like it was something we did and kept calling it hand mouth and foot disease. My family is always home we dont go out unless we really need too and don't really be around multiple people and children so the daycare is the only place my daughter is at for a hours throughout the week , because we work. They DO NOT make parents provide a negative covid test for the children before returningbto the daycare. My daughter has been sent home mulitple times for small reasons, but the children who has covid is allowed to be there all week and dont even realize til the parents inform them!! My daughter also has therapy sessions and the fact she is being exposed is an inconvenience considering the fact that now the therapists will not want to see my child because of this and shes only getting these services for a limited of time so I am very dissapointed. I will be finding another daycare.

This place is full of germs. I would never take my child to a daycare like this. The staff is disrespectful and never know anything when you ask a question in regards to rules and regulations and fees.

This place/location exactly where this daycare is at was a Santeria in the early 2000’s. I won’t take my kid there even if it was for free.

Negligent facility. Untrustworthy providers. If you care for your child’s safety do not bring them to this place.
