The kindergarten is very good, there were no problems. The teachers as well as the management are top. Always courteous and helpful even with private questions. Since we are from Germany on business in the U.S. and our English was not perfect, they were very understanding especially to the children who did not speak English. Folders were created for translation to support our children in the best possible way. Thank you so much for making our children's stay so wonderful. Our big one will never forget the graduation. And our little one his birthday.😉 We are very grateful to the team.
This was our 4th daycare. We had issues with managers and teachers in the three previous childcare facilities. The last daycare actually expelled our child and requested we get help from the state. We were lucky enough to get the last spot available at Discovery Point and explained our current situation to the director. We were very worried about how our child would transition but from day one he was a totally different kid. The high level of professionalism and structure that Discovery Point offers was exactly what our child (and us) needed. There are childcare facilities that just “watch” your children and then there are facilities that actually educate in the process, Discovery Point educates your children while giving them a safe environment to grow. Our child also has multiple allergies including peanuts and eggs and the staff were all very accommodating and even went overboard to make sure he always had snacks and treats during parties. We have two children currently in their facility and my wife and I could not be happier! Thank you!
We love the staff at discovery point! They have always made our family feel comfortable. Our son has a speech delay & has improved so much after being here for a little under a year. Highly recommend!
My child has been going to Discovery Point since she was 8 weeks old. They have had their ups and downs for the past almost 5 years, but things have now changed and are going in a GREAT direction due to the new director. This over all has been a great place for my child and I expect great things in the future for them.
I went to tour this daycare and the lady was fusing at a kid that couldn't help anything he was little! You need adults that know what they're doing teaching little kids because toddlers shouldn't be punished if they can't help it! That kid may have a disorder or may not be a fast learner like others!!! All kids aren't the same! I would never recommend this daycare to anyone!!
