I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I just decided to withdraw her from the daycare center but my biggest thing was being turned away because it was nap time. I didn’t say anything, but I had to cancel my afternoon class sessions. Take her back home and I had already paid a full week of daycare. Not to mention, I had asked a few times if I was able to drop her off at any time and they kept reassuring me that it would be OK , until the day came when I didn’t drop her off on their schedule and we felt so unwelcome. Just a tip , never turn away parents who are paying full price for daycare service , even if it’s going to interrupt your nap time. I’m aware there are other kids and families and we were considerate. That’s why we walked away, but I should’ve been told that before making a payment and enrolling her.

As a family that travels frequently, we’ve experienced numerous daycares, and without a doubt, Discovery Playschool Center is by far our favorite! The education they provide is exceptional, and our son not only thrived academically but also learned Spanish. The meals are delicious and nutritious, and the environment is warm and welcoming, helping him form amazing friendships. The biggest testament to how incredible this daycare is? He was excited to go back every single day! We’re beyond grateful for the love, care, and dedication of the staff—truly a standout daycare. Highly recommend!

My baby had never been away from me for more than an hour a day, he’s 2& a half. He started ECI therapy at home, and one of the therapists recommended this daycare center so he could socialize and become more independent. I went to tour and immediately loved the place and the environment. The principal is so nice and understanding, she made sure to update me on how he was doing during his first couple of days, since I was very nervous even though he only goes half day. This is the 2nd week and he seems to love it! At first he would cry a lil bit, and stop as soon as I was out of sight. Today, his 6th day, he sat to eat breakfast and immediately waved bye at me so I could leave. I also noticed a huge change in behavior this past weekend. More friendly & wanting you do more things on his own Very thankful with his teachers and kitchen staff for being so caring and friendly with all the children. Totally recommend this place ☺️🙌🏻

I had a very bad experience years ago with this daycare.. Lili was in charge. They forgot one of my twins at school and she had to walk from Alta Vista school to the daycare and they didn’t tell me anything. Staff will scare the children with horrible stories so they could behave.

My son has been going here for quite some time and he loves it! The staff is welcoming, professional, and caring.
