We couldn't be happier with our experience at Discover Isle Preschool! Our child has absolutely thrived in this nurturing and stimulating environment. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development. It’s clear they truly care about each child’s growth and happiness. Every day is filled with engaging activities—from creative arts and crafts to interactive learning and outdoor play. We're so grateful to have found DI for our little one, whose in the infant/toddler room. The teachers are incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They've helped us through many developmental milestones and truly enrich his learning! He just seems so comfortable and happy here, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience so far. Love all the teachers and staff!
I can't say enough good things about Discovery Isle in Penasquitos. Our little toddler started there last year in Room 4. Everyone that works there is so nice, and they all say "hi" to our toddler, by name, every time I bring her in, even the teachers in other classrooms. It's just so welcoming. Every month they have special little theme days that our little one really enjoys. Of course, children will grow and develop on their own, but I can confidently say that Discovery Isle has jumpstarted our child's development. She is not even two and she knows all her colors and how to count to five and beyond. To be clear, we were not initially teaching those things at home, and she just came home one day naming colors and counting things. Oh, and did I mention saying full and communicative sentences like "I don't like" and "I want more"? I cannot recommend Discovery Isle enough, and I am so pleased we found it when we did. 100% recommended for the staff alone.
My daughter loves this place! She has learned so much during her time at this preschool. The staff here is kind and friendly, and the teachers genuinely love children and are always ready to help. I would also like to highlight the wonderful director of this preschool, who always finds time for you and goes above and beyond to help.
My daughter loves this school! The teachers are very caring, we get updates everyday with what the kids are doing, and she's made many friends here. The curriculum seems great and very diverse. There was been some changes recently with the principal and a few teachers but all of their replacements have been great so far. The hours could not be better (7am - 6pm) and the price is reasonable compared to other daycares. Highly recommend!
