We have had an amazing experience at Discovery Me Nursery School. The learning and developmental growth I’ve seen in my daughter has been incredible. The teachers are truly special — many of them have been there for 20+ years, which says so much about the school and the care they provide. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the environment is developmentally appropriate and nurturing. Because of how positive our experience was, we sent our second child there as well — and he absolutely loves it. The teachers genuinely care about the children as if they are their own. My son has a food allergy, and they have gone above and beyond to take it extremely seriously and make me feel completely comfortable and confident in his safety every day. I truly cannot recommend this school enough. We feel so lucky to have found Discovery Me.

As a grandmother who cares deeply about her grandchildren—and as a former nursery school teacher—I have very high standards when it comes to early childhood education. This nursery school exceeds them in every way. The staff are exceptionally warm, caring, and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond, especially in accommodating my grandson’s food allergies with great care and professionalism. They have also been incredibly supportive to my daughter. That level of understanding and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. The environment is welcoming, nurturing, and family-centered. It is clear that the children here are not just cared for, but genuinely loved. I cannot recommend this nursery school highly enough.

In 2015, Discovering Me welcomed our family, and now after 8 years and 3 children in the program we must sadly say our goodbyes. We feel so grateful to have found this program! Discovering Me provides a child friendly learning environment, with many opportunities for kids to be independent. All three of my children mastered many self help skills needed for everyday tasks, that made my life a whole lot easier. The program maintains positive adult-child relationships, and encourages family engagement. Carol and Laurie prepare monthly newsletters to inform families of the happenings and add friendly reminders. The program follows daily routines, and schedules that helped my children feel safe and secure in knowing what to expect when they arrived at school each day. We always looked at the monthly calendar sent home to see what the themes were each week. My kids loved looking for books or toys related to the theme and on occasion I was convinced to buy clothes to match the theme. My daughter now has a very stylish dinosaur dress. All three of my children were lucky to have Mrs. Christine, and assistant Ms. Dee. She has a great reputation in the community, and she is a passionate teacher that provides a warm and comforting environment. All of my kids LOVED going to school and talk about Mrs. Christine as if she is part of our family. I firmly believe that building an early positive association with learning is essential to our kids' growth. All of my children found a solid beginning at Discovering Me. The graduation ceremony is magnificent. They really do a great job!

My son went to nursery school at Discovering Me...well, he's almost 19 now, so it's been a long time. But it was an awesome experience for him. The reason I'm writing now that my son (who's now a freshman in college) and I stopped by recently. Same owners and many of the same teachers, which says A LOT! They've expanded since my son went to school there, and it looks awesome. Lucky kids indeed! My son got a great start to his schooling at Discovering Me. As we drove away from the school, we started singing the Days of the Week song. He fondly remembered every note. Such nostalgia. It's a shame they grow up so quickly. Thank you to Miss Ro, Miss Carol, Miss Laurie, Miss Jennifer, and the other teachers for giving my son such wonderful early childhood experiences and memories.

The teachers at Discovery Me are loving and caring! Ms. Christine, Ms Jen, Ms Dee and Ms Pam have gone above and beyond to make my son feel loved and cared for. Each week he comes home with beautiful art projects, is learning new and exciting things, and shows a love for learning. Thank you!!
