Erica ojeda: same thing happened to me, as for my child many years ago was hit by another kid and I asked for the cameras and they came up with the excuse that some toys blocks were blocking the camera therefore they couldn’t show me the videos. A couple of years after the same thing but different excuse happened to my co worker. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Take your kids somewhere else please! 🙏🏽

Update called after two weeks of not hearing anything from the daycare and requesting the camera be checked a month back from the day I came to report the incident the director was like i don't know what day they checked to I only did last week. I was like I'm the parent and I want to review the cameras a month back she said if the police ask for it only then will she do it. She doesn't care for the children that are in her care my daughter is a sweetheart and only 3 years old. How amazing is it when they show no empathy towards children the people we leave our children with what a world this is. I told her I went to see another daycare how their policy differ from hers so much to cater more to the individual child she needs to rethink career choose . It's OK I will continue with my grievance and police report please ask as many questions get to know all the women at this place they will not help you in any way when you have questions of their methods .

Dino Daycare & Preschool is the best place I have ever had my daughter. The teachers & staff are awesome, treat my child well and make sure everyday they know anything about her day without going to look at any notes. They have an AWESOME playground, which is my daughter's favorite part other than the teachers and her friends! They have cameras, but that is for review if needed. They have great safety protocols in place, which makes me feel safe during the day. If I could rate them higher, I would.

Dino Daycare is a awesome place for kids. My daughter has been going there for a couple of months and I can really see that she has improved. When she started she was having language challenges but with the one on one focus that her teacher Mrs. Laura has been giving her she has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are amazing! I can't thank them enough for all their hard work.The facility itself is very high tech and one of the nicest daycare/preschools any of my three kids have been in. I would highly recommend Dino Daycare to anyone who wanted a first rate institution at a bargain price!

My daughter let me know one of the staff had hit her and the way the staff spoke to me I was so surprised like if I came screaming using foul language and they began to attack me and saying your kid is lying it's not true they probably learned that at home. I was like my kids are one thing and I know and everyone who is around them know that they say everything that happens down to the detail they have always been like that so I know my child I called the police to make a report. For women that choose to work with children and are educated for them to behave in that matter I told them already said enough I will continue with my grievance contact my children social workers of the incident to be addressed.
