What Parents Say
Devine Child Christian Learning Center receives mostly positive reviews praising the family-oriented environment, staff care, and long-term relationships with families. However, one recent review raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, inadequate supervision during potty training, and alleged corporal punishment incidents with dishonest staff responses.
My daughter's has flourished so much being at Divine. Mrs. Sherry and staff helped her build confidence and use her voice to advocate for her self. They are very family oriented believe in family christian values.
I hate when people go out of their way to dog a black business. The lady who runs the facility has taking care of all 3 of my children that are all grown now. I trust her with my children and my life and would recommend everyone’s children. When I was a single mother and needed to find suitable care for my children, Sherri was there. I hope that people will learn how to spread joy instead of misery. There are people that need reliable child care in order to be able to provide for their family. Reviews like this may have a person make a wrong choice elsewhere. I typically don’t respond to these types of things because I have way too many positive things going on in life than to involve myself in other peoples negativity. God Bless you and I hope you find peace.
This place is small and family vibes. My son has been here since he was a baby 5months old. He is now 4! I have never experienced anything but love and care from this place. My intuition always showed me my son is safe here. Never felt worried once I left to go to work.
I wouldn’t recommend. From the moment they started going there were multiple incidents. My son came home wearing someone else’s too small diaper, they wouldn’t help wipe my daughters butt after she went potty, etc. My family and friends told me to give them time to adjust. Well after 3 months of going, my 9 year old started attending their summer camp and witnessed a staff member popping my sons hand and they lied about it. My daughter also witnessed her hitting a child’s mouth after biting and they also lied about the mother allowing them to do so. So yea it’s a no for me. This was my first time allowing my kids to go to daycare and I’ll never do it again.
My grandson attended here and it was wonderful.
