I truly feel so blessed to have found Destiny Learning Center. The teachers and staff care so deeply about the kids—not only in their learning and play, but also in helping them grow in faith. My oldest has grown tremendously here, not just in learning new things, but also in confidence, independence, making friends, and most importantly, in his understanding of God’s love. My youngest is new to the center, but I can already see how adored she is by everyone. It’s such a gift knowing they spend their days in a safe, loving, faith-filled, and fun environment. Like with anything involving kids, there are naturally challenges that come up—different teaching styles, parenting approaches, or simply the ups and downs of a child’s mood. What I appreciate most is how open and supportive the team is when those moments happen. They approach everything with kindness, patience, and a true willingness to work together. I also love the updates and pictures throughout the day—they bring me such peace and joy. We are so grateful for this community. It gives us incredible peace of mind knowing our children are not only cared for and truly loved, but that we, as parents, are being supported in laying a strong foundation for their faith here.
My little cousin’s experience at Destiny Learning Center was not what our family hoped for. Right away—week one—he was put on “red,” and we couldn’t get the teachers to talk through a plan or share tips for supporting his transition at home. Calling a three-year-old who’s new to daycare and doesn’t speak English a “bad influence” was discouraging. We expected patience and teamwork from a Christian-based center. He’s a kind, affectionate, active boy, and it never felt like he was given a fair chance.
Our experience with Destiny Learning Center was disappointing. My three-year-old nephew (first time in daycare, doesn’t speak English yet) needed patience and collaboration. Instead, within the first week he was placed on “red,” and the teachers refused to communicate or offer any guidance about what we could do at home to support him. We were told he was a “bad influence,” which felt unfair for a child still learning the environment and language. As a Christian-based center, we expected empathy and partnership. He’s a loving, kind, active boy—not disrespectful—and it felt like they didn’t want him there from day one.
My nephew attended Destiny Learning Center for a little over a month. The teachers refused to communicate with us or advise us on how to help him adjust at home. We were told a three-year-old who doesn’t speak English was a “bad influence,” which felt unfair and unkind. As a Christian-based center, this was especially disappointing. My nephew is loving, kind, and active—like many 3-year-olds—but he is not disrespectful. It felt like his teacher never gave him a fair chance from day one. I do not recommend this so called "Learning Center" to anyone. Find yourself a place where an effort is put in your child.
Destiny learning center takes great care of my daughter in the 3 year old room. Mrs Bri treats her like she is her own. My daughter loves her school and comes home happy. The support staff are all very helpful as well and all interact and help with our babies. Thank you for loving our daughter and taking care of her while we work. I don't ever have to worry while she is there because I know she is in great hands!
