What Parents Say
Deep Creek Country Day School receives mixed reviews, with most parents praising the caring staff, positive environment, and long-term satisfaction with the facility. However, some concerns have been raised about specific staff professionalism and diaper care practices.
My siblings attended this school from the baby room to the after-school room. It felt like home for them and for us. I am reading these review in utter shock because I NEVER experienced any foul play or unhappy children. Their new assistant director is the best ever I definitely plan on enrolling my baby as soon there is an open spot we've been put on the waiting list.
My daughter has been going to DCCDS since she was born, she's now 10 and still attending. The entire staff has always been friendly, helpful, and greeted me with a smile. My overall experience with DCCDS has been very positive, and most importantly, my child is happy there!
There is one particular employee who works the front desk in the evening and she does not know how to talk to customers and shouldn't be the face of the company when the director is not there. She is very unprofessional. Otherwise the remainder of the staff is somewhat professional.
Went here as a child and loved it land met so many people class of 2002
My grandson @2 years old has repeatedly come home in a new change of clothing for the past 2 months. Like what? Like why? The excuse is he pees through his diaper. No Ma’am your lack of attention and leaving him in his diaper for an excessive amount of time is to blame. The child is not potty trained.
