DECISIONS CHILDCARE MINISTRY receives mostly positive feedback praising staff attentiveness, early opening hours (6:00 AM), educational programming, and leadership under Ms. Terri. However, two negative reviews raise serious concerns about inadequate infant feeding, alleged staff misconduct, lack of accountability, and community disturbances from the daycare van.

I trusted the day care. I been watching for years to only find out I was correct. About my infants not eating enough food for the day (formula) watched the infant teacher hitting kids and I complained every time and soon as I mentioned calling state, Ms Terri call for me to say he boss said she can’t keep the infant anymore. Ms Terri just covers up everything her staff does wrong. I’m not the only parent concerned. Check your Ccdf paperwork on her violations. It tells it all. Wish i would have seen this earlier.
A provider that take care of the kids and love the kids and also do best for the parents as well as anything she can do to help them. We love you, Miss Terry.
This daycare has been awesome for us. Not many open up at 6:00 A.M. Been 2.5 years and or kiddos love this place and we love it also because the kiddos are learning all. Thanks Ms. Terri and staff.
