My father has been a tenant for approximately 20 years. As of April 1, 2023 his stove broken and we need to replace it. We had a Home Depot delivery guy (2 to be exact) explain they were unable to install since THERE IS NO SOCKET BEHIND THE STOVE.. His current stove was plugged into a POWER SURGE.. HUGE HAZARD.. My dad contacted management as of this day and was advised they WERE AWARE OF THE SITUATION and would have an electrician contact him. No contact to date- despite several follow ups. Today I called and spoke with a "Yolanda" who was very aware of the situation - I asked if we would be able to hire a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN on our own and was advised we weren't allowed to do that. This is absolutely unacceptable - even more because management is AWARE OF this issue but they can careless since it's not them or their family member I guess so they are proceeding to give him the run around. DIGUSTING- my father has been without a stove due to the BUIDLING NOT BEING UP TO CODE NO FAULT OF HIS..
I did security here at one point, cool place to secure, the property manager, Jennifer Brady that used to be there, I didn't like her. But I knew a few tenants that lived here and I almost dated a tenant that lived in this vicinity.
Grounds & public spaces are well kept but long term parking is very difficult.
