Their admin office in Arkadelphia are TERRIBLE communicators. I shouldn't have to call 20 times and leave numerous emails to get someone for 1. To answer the phone, and for 2. To call you back with any information. I basically played detective trying to figure out if they had my child's pre-k app. I submitted everything to them months ago and it took them until end of July right before school starts to tell me that she wasn't accepted all due to some stupid bs that should've been brought to my attention sooner so that I couldn't submit everything correctly. Now their program is full. & I wouldnt have even known had my husband not called multiples time as well asking about it. AND, the old lady that answers the phone was rude and careless about the whole situation. Im just glad Ive seen their true color before she started attending their program. Gladly will put her somewhere else !
Dawson is an absolute horrible company. Their goal should be of the education of the students who receive their services. They do not care of the children's need of therapies. My daughter has been in the PreK program since last year. We went through 2 class locations, 2 teachers, 3 speech therapist, and 2 paras. With ZERO communication of services or change of teachers. It took me to message every head person to get an answer. Then I asked for communication of services I have not received anything no update or progress report of my daughter. She is not progressing anymore with Dawson therapists. They take multiple children like 5-6 for a session on SPEECH. This place has zero care for their students and just are out for themselves. I've tried to reach out to no avail and have had to use outside resources. I wouldn't recommend ANY Dawson services or therapist. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company.
