I really appreciate the YMCA staff Marie Alcazar she was very helpful, informative and was able to provide me with what I needed she also got back to me right away within 25 minutes she called me back with what I needed assistance with which was a billing question I was confused but she reassured me and it’s solved. I appreciate that type of communication and help as I know customer service is not easy and customers can be snappy she did great!😊
Horrible experience. Worse $200 I’ve ever spent. Paid for 3 classes for my kids. The instructor spent the entire time talking to bother parent. Never had any type of interaction with my son. The manager did apologize and would refund me but I still haven’t heard back from them
They racial profile my son and accussed him of something he didnt do. They said they had it on video but they would not let us see the video. They looked at a young black male and just believed what was said about him. They dont tell us they we are being recorded thats why i dont believe them when they say they have a video. This is racist and they can just get away with it because there is no one to stop them. We have to stop putting all black young man in the same box. My son does not have trouble and plays sports this is unfair and i will never have a membership here again.
I love having a gym location so close and the gym area is always clean. Would like more space in the gym area, more equipment and a better bathroom situation.
