I cannot speak highly enough about Dana Point Montessori! Both of my young children attended for ~18 months. From the beginning, I felt assured that they were safe and lovingly cared for. My kids actually looked forward to "school" each day and showed clear signs of learning and growth when back at home. I could tell the teachers truly cared about each of their students based on reports from my kids and my positive interactions with staff. A special shout-out to Ms Tedra, who went above and beyond to keep us updated and provide helpful feedback. We will miss this place very much and highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring and enriching environment for their kids.
We are so happy to have found Dana Point Montessori for two of our daughters. We moved to California mid-school year and were overwhelmed by all the school options. Having done many tours, I can tell you that this was the most welcoming and clean school I had toured. The teachers and aides are all so caring and are truly happy to be there. In addition, the art and music teachers were outstanding! It is a safe, clean, loving environment. Healthy snacks, nap time for the little ones, and early + late care. It truly was a wonderful place for our daughters to continue their education.
Both my girls have attended Dana Point Montessori Preschool and we couldn’t be happier. The teachers are extremely caring and really go the extra mile for their students. The school itself is clean and spacious and the director, holds student well being and safety as a top priority. Communication with the school is easy and they are great with responding to any questions or concerns you may have. This is truly a gem.
This is a really great school! The kids do so many fun activities from gymnastics, music, water days, and they even just recently went on a field trip to the zoo. The kids learn so much everyday. I am very impressed by their knowledge at such a young age. The director is very helpful and understanding. All the kids can't wait to get back to school the next day! The interior is very bright and welcoming. Also the playground in the back looks very nice!! I have to be honest before they remodeled the playground I wasn't very sure about the kids being on it, but now that they have a new director, she changed many things for the better. I feel much better about the kids on the new play structure, and it seems like the kids like it too;) I think the back looks cleaner all in all.
Our Granddaughter goes to this school. When our daughters were this age, they weren’t nearly as excited to go to school as our little Olivia. She looks forward to it every day! Lena and her team do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.
