This has been the worse experience ever trying to get my daughter started in a center. They were very unprofessional to me.. their phones never work.. I went there 5 times before I actually spoke with someone. In addition to this, they insisted on me paying my fees in cash. Im upset with the way I was treated in this process. Some older lady told multiple lies to the owner. I ended up having to miss three days of work and my daughter still never started. What was even more upsetting is the fact that they didn't care about me missing work or any if that. In addition to that they were in the news for leaving a one year old on a bus two streets over from where the daycare is located. Do not recommend this daycare. And the owner herself is posting stars to drive the ratings up. Just ridiculous.
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Unprofessional Unreliable Uneducated teachers Rude staff I've been given the run around day after day for a about a week and a half now. My job is at risk dealing with these immature people. You can NEVER get through the phone line. I've read about them leaving someones child on the bus last year. Dont take your children here. I've also filed a complaint on BBB !
Do not - I REPEAT, DO NOT bring your children to this facility unless you want your child to bring home bedbugs, fleas, roaches, ticks, etc. The "caretakers" seem to hardly be able to care for themselves, let alone a bunch of kids. Literally go ANYWHERE else. Save your child the trauma and yourself the headache and money.
Awfully ran this has to be one of the worst facilities in Cincinnati. If I could do no stars I would but that isn’t an option. I would not recommend this place for anyone who really cares about their children.
Don't Take Yo Kids To This Unprofessional Daycare... The Director Is Unprofessional ... She Has Been Giving Me The Run Around Because Her Workers Don't Want To Be There Until 6 Even Tho The Hours Are 6 To 6... She Lied And Claimed She "Extended Her Hours" For Me But I Come And Pick My Baby Up Every Day Before 6... And Now I Paid My Copay For This Week And She is Refusing To Care For My Baby For The Rest Of The Week... And She's Refusing To Give Me A Refund... At This Point I Am Going To Report Her To The State.. Better Buisness Bureau.. And Persue A Civil Suit
