This center feels like family. i just love it! I feel very comfortable. From the director to the staffs they're very professional, loving and patient with the children. I highly recommend this Center.
I came for the first time and it was so much pleasant that every worker helps what they need for your child and thier best interest when it comes education.
I appreciated that the office staff was courteous and apologetic for leaving out some important information. However, when I was transferred to the director for further clarification, the interaction was very disappointing. I felt I was spoken down to and chastised as a parent simply for asking questions. The tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made it difficult to have a constructive conversation. I believe parents should be able to seek clarification without feeling belittled, and I hope future interactions can be handled with greater professionalism and respect.
