My daughter has been here since she was 6 weeks old. Ms.Carmen took care of her so well and gently. My daughter is now in the toddler class with her fun teachers Ms.Lilli and Ms.Isabell. She enjoys and looks forward to coming here everyday. i wouldn’t want to change her anywhere else. This daycare seems to be a family/friend center and that’s what i love about it. This daycare has so much love for my child.
I love Cypress Creek. Not only do I work here, but I bring my son here as well. My sons teacher(s) is/are wonderful. With him being special needs, they are always willing to help him with what he needs help with. They always treat him respectfully and with love. I am friends with all the teachers/employees here and they are all so sweet and friendly. As for me, in my class, I love all of my kids as they are my own. I and my colleagues always try to have something fun for all of our kids to do while they are in our care. If I didnt work here, I would trust these ladies, completely, with watching my son. I would be at peace knowing that my son would be in their extremely capable hands.
Love this daycare. My daughter is now 8 and has been coming since she was 2 months. Both my oldest boys also attended here. Everyone is so nice and trustworthy.
My baby started going to this daycare at 8 months(He was with Ms. Carmen who was amazing & sweet), eventually he grew older & moved up to the toddler room where teachers were changed left & right(at least every other month they had a new teacher). They are SUPPOSED to use the Brightwheel app where everything should be documented but nothing is. I had previously requested that the management & the owner(Mr. Ralul)enforce their staff to use this app that they coordinated for parents to see what happened with with baby during daycare hours(meals, activities, potty breaks etc). Their staff has failed to do their job duties on multiple occasions & I expressed this to both the owner & the manager before stressing my concerns to his teachers & NOTHING WAS DONE. Often times my baby would come home with diaper rashes that was so bad he cried when we wiped him with anything other than a warm lightly soaped towel. The last straw for me was when I picked him up & he had on new clothes(like he does everyday because they constantly let him pee on himself) he had pee’d through his diaper & clothes, wetting his & soaking his shoes completely. As a parent in healthcare it is extremely necessary & required by law for a diaper to be changed every 2 hrs & the staff members at Cypress Creek Learning Academy failed to follow this requirement. They also do NOT answer the phones either to make everything better(you drop your kids off to these people & you can’t even get in contact with them, which makes me worry)They charged me $600/ month just for them to do the BARE MINIMUM!!! PARENTS SAVE YOUR MONEY & TAKE YOUR BABIES SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF YOUR CHILD! The infant teacher ms. Carmen is the only reason they got 1 star, the owner & management staff here is terrible.
My 2 kids go to this daycare. Miss Bella and Kevin. Ms Emily is the best. She always use app and send pictures. It makes me smile 😊
