What Parents Say
Cynthia K. Franck's Child Care receives mixed reviews with strong loyalty from long-term families who praise staff professionalism, child development, and personalized care, but serious concerns from other parents about hygiene, communication, safety supervision, and overall quality of care.
My 6yr old has been attending this childcare for about 10months now, it is an awesome daycare. All of the employees are very nice and they work very well with the children. My child was extremely picky when it comes to food, however the center encouraged her to try new foods and now she is always trying new foods. I have not only watched my child progress at the center, but I also watched other children progress in a 10month period. This is a wonderful childcare center and I highly recommend care for all.
my niece attended this daycare for 2 weeks, she has been in daycare before and always was pleasant and happy to go "play with friends" when she came to this daycare she suddenly began crying at every drop off, they dont tell you what/how much/when your child eats. they allowed her to go into the restroom unattended (she just turned 3 and is newly potty trained) resulting in her clothes being drenched in urine. she had on another childs clothes/socks despite being sent with her own change of clothes. everytime she was picked up her face was covered in dry snot clearly had not been wiped off all day. no papers are provided telling you how her day went, if she napped or how long etc just unorganized and unprofessional. originally she started here to be at a location closer to home but she has been removed after 2 weeks because driving a distance is worth it rather than have her continuing to receive subpar care. save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
I would rather not even give one star. Office staff unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting this business to the IRS and BBB. Do not waste your time on this daycare. Care given to my child was more like a babysitter in a basement, and not a learning center to toddlers.
My daughter attended from 7 weeks old until almost 3 years old, when we moved out of the area. She absolutely adored all of her teachers and she learned so much!!!
I honestly just want to start off by saying that my three children have been and still will forever be at this daycare I've been with this daycare since 2012 my kids are 10, 3 and 1 and 1/2 years old and they actually treat my kids as if they were their own I do not trust any other day care they actually treat my kids with respect my kids are always happy when I pick them up they interact with a lot of other different kids they do crafts and activities with my children they're just a great day care to bring your kids too it's actually convenient for school also you know they work with you they work with your kids they're very patient their teachers are amazing they're very professional and this is a great environment for anyone's kids any age should be able to come too my kids learned a lot from being down here they're just a wonderful daycare and I recommend that anyone who's looking for any kind of daycare to sign up for this one like I said I'm a long time mom who has been down here and my kids have all been in here since they were 2 months old and I have not had any problem all the teachers are wonderful they work with you your kids just learned something everyday and I like that I I feel so much comfortable dropping my kids off in the morning and the 8 hours through the day I know they're fine and I just want every parent to know that this daycare is 100% safe so I give them five stars because I'm on their team no matter what so thank you so much for treating my kids wonderful and we continue to have your care.
