Infant teachers seem friendly but I do not trust the toddler teachers nor the director ! I wish I could post the video of how disrespectful she is to parents. she do not care nor have sympathy for children! And the cameras haven’t been working for years. I don’t understand how a center can still be in business with no type of cameras whatsoever! I don’t recommend this school to anyone. If your kid hurt they self they will not sign any incident reports, mention anything to you, or won’t know what happened. Just careless! I will take my time this next go round and find my kids a better friendlier more PROFESSIONAL and safer childcare. I’m traumatized after this one!
Some staff are really sweet and some are really rude including the owner most off the staff do not have patience for most kids coming from other centers and there’s tons of favoritism being shown when it comes to her grand kids and they are very money hungry
Didn't have an issue with this facility until recently. This center has been having a lot of changes. My son had a scratch on his face when I came to pick him up, and no one could tell me why. There was no incident report filled out. The next day, I spoke to the director, and she told me that she filled out a report but didn't watch any camera footage and was not there to witness the incident. How could you write an incident report to something that you weren't there to witness. When you said there were 3 teachers in there watching the kids. Said one of her staff refused to do the report. When I go to question her about it and concerned about my child, she "diss enrolls" my son without a notice. Will never refer anyone here again. First experience with a daycare.
We have our infant at CWFF and are very satisfied with it so far. The staff are welcoming and organized, and the teachers are all enthusiastic and warm. Our son gets individualized attention throughout the day and is happy with his teachers. This center has been around for decades and the experience shows.
Omg i LOVE it here. The staff is always really nice. My baby has been here since she was an infant & is now in tge toddler room. The summer program is awsome for the school age kids (my 7yr old loves it here in the summer) it breaks my heart that i am having to change providers because of my schedule now. They get all 5 stars! I really feel like the staff here treats the kids like a 2nd family. I love them.
