My wife and I joined CFUMC over a year ago. We are blessed to be members of such a warm and welcoming congregation. Pastor Matt reached out to us early on to welcome us and to discuss ways to engage in the various ministries at the Church. We quickly jumped in and selected greeters and the food pantry. It’s through these ministries that we got to know members of the congregation and become part of the family. I bake sourdough bread for the food pantry weekly and really enjoy serving the Lord by feeding families in need. 🙏🙏

Absolutely love this church!! Everyone is so welcoming each time I come to the 11:00 service. I love to see how involved they are within the community and helping others in need. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this church. The service is wonderful

The Christmas Concert by the church choir and SONG (Symphony Orchestra of North Georgia) was beautiful. It is the best way to bring in the Christmas season.

I’ve been attending Cumming First UMC since 2022 and it has truly been a place to grow in love, faith, and community. From the moment you enter for worship, you are welcomed by genuine warmth and accepted as you are. The worship offerings include a modern and traditional service which includes both uplifting and Christ-centered sermons that are relevant and thought provoking. The church seeks truth in a way that balances scripture and Christ’s call to love. If you are looking for a place to grow in faith and connect with a caring community, I highly recommend visiting! All are welcome!

We have been members since 2013! The pastors, staff, community of people and missions are over the top wonderful! All are welcome..... and we mean ALL! I love my church! ❤️
