What Parents Say
CSA After School Zone is a large, well-equipped facility in New Milford with positive experiences from families who have used their after-school and summer programs. However, recent reviews highlight concerns about management, pricing ($75/hour court rental), and emergency preparedness. Opinions are divided between families praising the programs and staff versus those dissatisfied with costs and facility conditions.
Located off Rte 7. Large facility with basketball court and soccer field. The soccer field is used for more than soccer. There is a gym upstairs, not sure how to access it. Plenty of parking in the lot.
It's an unreliable place. No precautions ör preparations have been taken for emergencies. They don't know what to do in a vade of emergency (emergency, accidents etc).Management is horrible. Players and families should be extremely careful.
I can't say enough wonderful things about CSA, the staff, or the programs. They are incredible. We have been going there for three years, and I have never been disappointed. We are lucky to have such a well-rounded sports facility in our town. The staff is great, the programs are awesome, and the environment is incomparable. Your kids will not have a better, well-rounded experience anywhere else in town. The after-school program is great. Summer camp is amazing, and there is something for everyone. Check them out!
This gym is great in every way besides management. The gym used to have open gym every single weekend for the youth to have a chance to get active and play with friends. Now all the gym cares about is money. The owner charges people 75$ to rent a court for only an hour of playing time. It’s honestly really sad because growing up I remember the gym being full of people excited to play basketball now your lucky if you can even get a full game of 5v5
I went there and the price is 75$ for one hour, and for 75$ it wasn’t a pleasant indoor soccer pitch I was quite disappointed with my purchase. There was no service there so I tried asking the front desk if they had a public Wi-Fi and if I could use it, the front desk owner or whatever, asked me to repeat myself and as I did he interrupted me and said “ No” and I asked my friend (who was there with me) if he’s always like this towards other people and he said “not to everybody but most people yes.”Therefore this place in my respectful opinion deserves a 1 stare review, needs to improve. Note: pictures may seem as if the place looks like this but in person it look’s… well… not so great. And the place reeks of smell too, it may take a few minutes to kick in. But you understand my point… right?
