Crystal Lake Head Start

Our kids are learning so much! We love the structures curriculum and the daily updates we receive in the portal. In addition to the curriculum, here are a few other standouts. 1. The security of the building. We feel like our kids are safe here. The front office has a via of anyone coming and going from the building and the login kiosk to unlock the door is great. 2. Love that meals and snacks are provided. 3. The kids get plenty of outdoor play (weather permitting) 4. The staff is so great. They all really know the kids and parents/guardians.

If you’re looking for a clean, organized, comfortable & loving environment for your child while you’re at work, this is the place!!!! Both my daughters, Valeria & Isabella, love Kiddie Academy!! Valeria loves her teachers and gets so excited at drop off when she sees them which makes me feel comfortable knowing my daughter is happy & being treated good. She has learned a lot since she was a tiny baby until now almost 1years old. Isabella also loves her teachers & is a child who has a hard time at drop offs but her teachers help so much by hugging and conforting Bella until she calms down. Everytime at pick up, I sneak up on her & I see her having so much fun & smiling! Bella also has learned so much from counting 12345 to singing ABC’s and she is only 2 & has speech delay so this is big for us! The teachers my daughter have encountered with her have ALL been amazing. Kiddie academy always has yummy breakfast, lunch & snacks for our girls that they love. Mrs. Gloria & Ms. Emily are so welcoming & the best. Kiddie academy has done so much for our family & I’m so happy we found them. This is coming from a mama who is very picky with where I leave my kids but kiddie academy out does themselves & leaves me satisfied each day. Our family has been here a little over a year & we will be here until are kids grow out of daycare. Seriously they are the best!!

They are like family, my son has been attending this school since he was 2 1/2 he’s now 5 and it’s so amazing to hear from complete strangers - wow your son is so advanced for his age. I give credit to the teachers especially miss Sophia and miss Eliana. The owners have treated my son and myself like we are family they are the best !! It was a very hard step initially because I was nervous and scared to trust anyone with my child. But that changed very quickly my son loves all of his teachers and when I go to pick him up he doesn’t want to leave because of his friends and teachers love. My son raves about this school and his voice speaks volumes when it comes to this school. Thank you for being there for our family it’s so nice to be able to drop my son off and know that he’s in good hands and I don’t have to worry about him.

I am so grateful to have found Kiddie Academy. The teachers and staff are so kind and compassionate, but also highly skilled and dedicated to providing top-notch care. From the moment I drop off my child I leave with a sense of peace and confidence, knowing they are in good hands. I noticed every time I go it is clean, safe and well-organized which is a testament to the staffs attention to detail.

Kiddie Academy in Crystal Lake has a wonderful family run atmosphere. The staff genuinely cares about the safety, security and education of each child. My daughter has been going there since she was 4 months old and she has done nothing but thrive. The staff is always so willing to accommodate for each child’s individual needs. My daughter is now 15 months old and she is speaking, using sign language, and counting all thanks to their focus on education for even the youngest learners. I highly recommended this day care.
