The facility is noted for its structured environment, multiple classrooms, and caring staff.
My Son has been attending (CrossroadsAcademy) for a couple of months. My son is a micro-preemie baby born at 5 months. My son was delayed but since he started (Crossroads) he has learned so much. The teachers are amazing the facility is always clean. The front desk is always happy and wonderful to greet you and answer any questions or concerns. I really do recommend this place for your children!
I've been meaning to leave a review for some time. My son Westyn attended this preschool from age 2-4 years old! He wasn't potty trained when he started, and he had speech regression (saying 4-5 words) this preschool was a life saver for my son and I! He left this school literally talking too much with a very high vocabulary and completely potty trained! This school is very attentive caring and clean!! My son was always sent home when sick 😂 so I'm confused about those fake reviews.
Don't take your kids to this school, sadly our situation changed we lost a job and I had to send my daughter with my parents to live, I told them I can only afford 2 more weeks due to the sudden change I was given no remorse and pretty much told oh well enjoy collections we need at least a month notice, I informed them of the situation and honestly just felt laughed at this place holds no high expectations they dont help feed toddlers, make meals or anything at this point your paying for a pair of eyes that doesnt even care. (Edit 100% have the right school my wife is in collections for 1400$ now because you guys told her oh well come up with the full month even if makes her homeless, since you guys do the right thing why not remove the collections under her name)
My wife met Rochelle at Sapphire and she told her that she could hook her up with the discount she gets at Crossroads Christian Academy to watch our child. When I tried calling in, the lady on the phone said they don’t offer any type of discounts for new people that know employees. We were promised a deal to sign our child up weekly and my wife, who also works at Sapphire, will not be speaking to Rochelle anymore. We are dumbfounded she would even offer and will be looking elsewhere for childcare.
I enrolled my daughter at Crossroads Academy with high hopes, but was very disappointed. From the start, the facility showed poor sanitation, dirty floors, sticky surfaces, and even roaches. Illness seemed to spread constantly, which raised more concerns about cleanliness. The teachers were kind and capable, but management and ownership seem overwhelmed and more focused on cutting costs than maintaining a safe, healthy environment for the children. Unfortunately, this makes the school feel neglected and poorly run. Parents deserve better, and I would strongly suggest exploring the many other childcare options in the area.
