Cross Road Children'S Center

My two daughters have been going to Cross Road for three years now and I have had great experience with this daycare! Both of my girls have made many friends while attending, they have learned lots of social skills on top of academic skills. The staff are always warm and inviting to both my children and I when I drop them off in the morning and are more than willing to help at drop off time if needed. If I ever have any questions or concerns they are adressed right away and I feel as though my children are very safe and well taken care of in this facility. I get updates for them daily as to what they are doing, what they need, and how they are doing. I have never once felt like my children or I were not being heard when we needed to be. I am always able to go to the director with anything and everything I need to talk about to ensure her, as well as the staff, are informed about my children to take the absolute best care of them!

My child goes here and I absolutely love the care he receives. He has been coming for two years now and I plan on him coming until he leaves for Kindergarten. He comes home talking about how much fun he has at school with his friends and teachers. The level of care he reciprocates is above and beyond my expectations. I get multiple updates and pictures through out the day. The communication with his teachers is spot on and are willing to answer questions or check ins when I send them. He comes home with his learning materials and projects he does and can explain in detail all the steps he did to make it and how it went along with what they are learning in the classroom. I also found communication with the director to be outstanding and right along with what the teachers were telling me each day. The lines of communication are always open and are positive. I high recommend this school to any parent looking for a positive learning experience for their children as well as teachers who are educated and knowledgeable with the children they are working with.

4 out of 5 of our children have been nourished and raised in conjunction with this this daycare, and our 5th child is soon to enjoy the same great care we’ve always enjoyed. As a family, we look forward to continuing the partnership in raising our children, with shared values and clear communication. We especially enjoy the small local feel and personal touch the staff has, while maintaining professionalism. The playgrounds are really cool also! From the indoor spaces to the outdoor spaces they really knock it out of the park keeping it age appropriate. When the facility gets an update it’s done quickly and efficiently. As I’ve gotten to know the staff over years, many of them are continuing growth personally and professionally. My household has a long term substantial relationship with this daycare, and although every moment hasn’t been perfect, they have really come through for us when we needed it most. We have looked at other daycares in the area and they just don’t seem to be a good fit. We genuinely care and appreciate what this daycare does, and how it affects others in the community.

I highly recommend this daycare center nothing bad to say About any of the workers, teachers, the Director is absolutely amazing. I would recommend all my friends to them. My child absolutely loves Daycare and is very excited anytime I drop him off. I have never had any safety concern with my child or the center. This center is 10/10 I love them! During drop off and pick ups every child seems happy and content being there!!

We have been at cross roads for about 2 years and have nothing but great things to say! We have two boys, a 2 year old and a 5 month old. The teachers are amazing and truly treat the kids as if they were their own. Our oldest son has learned so much and comes home daily using words/phrases, singing new songs or most recently telling us how much he loves his teachers and friends. When weather permits they spend most of their days outside playing and learning! The atmosphere is welcoming and filled with creations from all the students!
