I absolutely love this gym. The community is very welcoming, the coaches are professional, the space is clean and the workouts are challenging. All of the important aspects that I feel are required for growth as an athlete have been met by the community and coaches! Love it!
Great Crossfit gym in Cumming, GA. It has a vibrant, growing membership and the owners and coaches are there daily to provide safe, quality training while encouraging you to push beyond your comfort zone to reach new milestones in your personal fitness. I've been to many Crossfit gyms and this is one of the best in the north Atlanta area. Disclosure: The owners are my brother and sister-in-law.
Just signed up. Great coaches! They prep you and teach proper weight lifting techniques before putting you in classes which is good for a novice like myself. Offer classes at varied times throughout the day.
Great Staff working in a terrific facility. If you help yourself help them to help you you will get into shape. I had a personal trainer, Allison, working with me. She really knew what she was doing.
Its a good place to be to get fitter. You get experienced coaches and nice people around to push you out of your comfort zone.
