They lost my 4yo son’s coat on his first day and won’t replace it after a week. They are accusing me saying they “tracked” his coat down and tried to give it back to me and that I refused when in reality they just want me to accept a coat that’s not even my sons. On top of that kids are running around everywhere! Fighting each other yelling running! There is absolutely no structure. I walked in on them restraining my son after they said they are not allowed to do time out A staff member called me at 1 claiming my son didn’t get off the bus when actually they had just put him on the bus and my other son was at daycare. These staff are high out their mind because who else calls a parent saying their kid is missing in the middle of a school day????
My friend just had an incident here today where one of the care worker abused her child. They went to the ER where they told her that it is a non accidental abrasion to the skin. Shame on all of the staff that works here and didn’t step in to help the child. Shame on you if you don’t like your job GO FIND A NEW ONE. Because this mama was nice not everyone is the same! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE.
Worst daycare EVER!! Fraud. Crooked. Dirty. Dont EVER trust your children with them!!
