My daughter is 2yrs old, has been attending Cresthill for about a year. Beyond all the things she has learned, her 100% love for reading books is the most treasured part of her development. The staff is very supportive and professional, always communicating with parents, classes are organized and clean. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I am dropping my daughter off at a safe place. Choosing Cresthill for my daughter's daycare has been one of the best decisions I've made. The positive experience highlights the importance of selecting a daycare that is a good fit for your child and family.
We enrolled our daughter here expecting a safe and supportive environment, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. A student in her class repeatedly acted violently and physically harmed our daughter and other children. When we raised these concerns with administration we were told that the school was “handling things behind the scenes,” but no details were shared and no visible action was taken to improve safety. The safety of the children should always come first. The only solution offered was for our daughter — the child being harmed — to move classrooms with younger children or transfer to another location farther from our home. This situation made it feel as though policies and enrollment were being prioritized over student well-being. We ultimately have decided to remove our daughter. I recommend other parents ask clear questions about how safety and behavioral issues are addressed before enrolling.
Our 3-year-old comes home excited to tell us about new activities every day. Even with our busy schedules, we feel connected to his learning thanks to Cresthill. The teachers are attentive and really make each child feel seen. We’re so grateful for the strong foundation he’s getting.
When our son started drawing shapes and writing letters at home, we were amazed. The progress he has made at Cresthill in just a few months is remarkable. He is happy, confident, and eager to learn.
I can’t say enough about how much we loved Cresthill. My son started off in the infant class up to the 2’s class till we moved to the suburbs. During our time there it felt like family, all the teachers know everyone’s names and show such care to all the students. The chef is incredible and the menu exposed my son to great meals. Our highlights were Ms Jaylene and Ms Abi. Jaylene does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and connecting and listening to parents. Ms Abi is an angel and we couldn’t love her more. She is such a gifted teacher who truly loves her kids. My son learned so much and by 2 was not am only counting, saying ABCs and spelling his name but the teachers taught him important skills like sharing, cleaning up, etc. The hardest part of our move was leaving Ms. Abi and her classroom as our son thrived with her. My only recommendation to Cresthill corporate is to increase teachers pay to retain their amazing talent. Thank you Cresthill for a great 2 years!
