Crescent Montessori School

Our daughter started at Montessori when she was 3 years old and loved the entire program. As parents it was awesome to witness her progress in social skills, learning and development. All her teachers shared a special bond with her and she made friends with classmates really quick. The Montessori program fosters a learning mindset and the staff at the Crescent location were outstanding. We really appreciated the skills and encouraging environment they created. Their app is very user friendly and the school did a great job explaining all logistical/school updates.

Our oldest has attended both the pre-primary and primary programs at Crescent Montessori and the experience with both has been nothing short of exceptional. The Montessori environment is well implemented with teachers dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. During pickup I will often observe a strong sense of community in the classroom, older students giving younger students lessons, building compassion and trust and also cultivating great leadership skills. In both classrooms the teachers have gone above and beyond, working with our family to help sustain continuity between school and home. When our child needs a little extra support the teachers have been great at sharing their observations and working on an action plan to help determine the best path forward. It really feels like the school is an extension of our home and the staff is so passionate at what they do. I would highly recommend Crescent for anyone looking for a rock solid Montessori program and community.

Crescent Montessori deserves every bit of praise for their exceptional care and education. We’ve experienced firsthand the dedicated supervision and nurturing environment they provide since our firstborn started in 2018. After initially trying public TK for our daughter, we're thrilled to be returning to Crescent Montessori for kindergarten. Unlike our previous experience, where a high public school rating didn't guarantee warmth and nurturing from every teacher, Crescent Montessori ensures a safe space for our kids to learn and grow. The lead guides are not just educators but also compassionate caregivers who truly understand each child's needs. We're grateful for the positive impact they've had on our children’s development. Crescent Montessori's supportive environment has not only watched our children grow but also witnessed my personal growth, as I transitioned from being a helicopter mom to confidently stepping back and allowing my children to lead, thanks to their guidance and philosophy. Crescent Montessori has been more than a school; it's been our village, embodying the proverbial truth that it takes a village to raise a child.

Crescent is a great school for building good, healthy habits at early age. The school staff is very loving and cares for children deeply. School has a very positive environment for children, promoting books and always been proactive in accommodating food allergies. Our children have enjoyed learning here, and it holds a special place in our lives. Highly recommend!

Crescent Montessori has been a great experience for my family. My daughter has thrived while being here. She's learned a variety of educational and practical life skills that I don't believe she would have learned elsewhere. The attentiveness, creativity and care that the teaching staff has makes this school a place I highly recommend. A huge thank you to Ms. Hannah, Ms. Jea, Ms. Chantal and the rest of the teaching staff for creating a welcoming environment not only for myself but for my daughter. The numerous school events, activities and teaching curriculum that the staff prepares is really the highlight of my daughter's experience. You can see how excited and proud the kids are when they get the chance to show off their work to their families. Again, I highly recommend Crescent Montessori!
