From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. My daughter is well taken care of every single day—she is always fed, her diapers are changed regularly, and most importantly, she is treated with kindness and respect. For almost a year son's been on this waiting list for multiple schools, and everytime I call to speak to Omar or the COA of the day I get put on hold. They either transfer me to voicemail or dont answer at all. This is RIDICULIOUS!! So unprofessional
