My son won’t even say bye to me anymore because he’s so excited to see his friends and the staff at Creme! The director and administrative staff are knowledgable, welcoming, caring, and competent. Ms. Connie is the 2s room is patient and loving. Even the evening hours staff are fabulous. The food is great and they give seconds to our hungry hippo. My son screamed when I left him at his previous daycare. Now, he can’t wait to get to Creme. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars.

Our twins have been here since they were 4 months old, and we have never once felt uneasy leaving them. The teachers love them like their own and have truly become an extension of the team it takes to raise them. They are so much more than caregivers, they are cheerleaders, comforters, and role models who pour love, patience, and creativity into every day. This community has given our children a strong foundation, a joy for learning, and us as parents priceless peace of mind. We are beyond grateful and recommend it wholeheartedly!

Our family was enrolled at Crème de la Crème of Alpharetta for three years, and while we deeply appreciated the dedication and care of many of the teachers, the leadership at the center consistently failed to meet expectations and ultimately drove our decision to leave. Throughout our time there, we witnessed a troubling pattern of poor teacher retention and low morale. The energy in the center was overwhelmingly negative, and it was clear that unhappy teachers led to unhappy classrooms. Despite multiple attempts to share constructive feedback with leadership, our concerns were never addressed. At one point, a parent even walked in on teachers exhibiting unacceptable behavior, such as yelling at children—something no parent should ever have to witness. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of the teachers. They were the heart of the center and the only people we truly trusted. Some of which I still reach out to frequently since they are still checking on our family during our transition to a new school environment. Unfortunately, leadership changes were frequent and disruptive. During our 3 years, we had 3 executive directors. One previous director was a breath of fresh air—his leadership brought joy, positivity, and a sense of community. Teachers were happy, and it showed in the classrooms. The current and previous directors had a profoundly negative impact. The previous leadership fractured relationships with both families and staff, and many of the best teachers left because of her leadership. There was no consistent curriculum, and our children often expressed how much they disliked going to school. It became clear that the leadership was not prioritizing the well-being of the children or the staff. The center currently holds a 4.6-star rating, but based on our experience in 2025, that rating does not reflect the reality. I hope future leadership will take meaningful steps to rebuild trust, retain quality educators, and create a nurturing environment for both children and staff.

As a parent, I depend heavily on reviews in order to make the best possible decisions. I should have known this would have been a rocky experience based on just the tour: it took 3 attempts across 1.5 years to make this happen as miscommunication between tour team and onsite team made it challenging at first. I continued because the hours, and the location were perfect for our home and work life. When my child started, it was relatively smooth and he settled down into a comfortable experience after his initial teacher transitioned. Afterwards, it was a challenge. The timeline below illustrates how many I recall, there were definitely more transitions than this. - October 2024 (2 year old teacher left - his teacher, that turned out to be the best for every child in that classroom) - December 2024 (Exec Director left, I knew about this, so not a big shocker, he was well loved) - December 2024, new exec director, Kristen started. She is pleasant, however concerns grew over time. - April/May 2025 Director of quality and Education, Angelica left, she was well loved. This was a shock as I saw her the day before she did and the email about why she left made no sense. - May - June 2025, my son was transitioned to the 3-year old classroom and it became a hotter mess. It showed disorganization, incomplete/honest communication between Exec Director and myself, concerning communication issues among teachers, and a departure of a STEM teacher (Shelita was amazing), Spanish teacher, another teacher, and his 3rd year teacher (all in 2 weeks) which left him with a very concerning lead teacher who shouts at her students, and was rude to parents (not just me). These issues were already known by the Director teams, however the teacher is still there. For the amount we pay, we expect better. We expect communication and boo/boo reports given to us in a timely manner instead of us having to inquire about it and not have answers after days of inquiry. We expect kind teachers, who say good morning and hello because it is mannerly and our children are watching. The highlights of our experience - Ms Karen, Ms Fatima, and Ms Chely. They are amazing teachers! They are the reason 2 stars were given. I would never recommend this school due to so much more than I can be bothered to type, but I want other parents to know the truth - their star rating is way too high. I hope they get it together sooner than later as it could have been a much better experience. They have promises towards that given before I decided to transition… I couldn’t wait for their learning curve to POSSIBLY shift towards a more positive direction. Other families feel the same and are on their way out. We have now transitioned to a different school and are excited of what it brings even though it is out of my way and $300 more! All the best.

We’ve been with Creme now for 4 years and have been very happy with our experience. We’ve used everything from infant care all the way through aftercare van pickups and the kids will be sad when they age out of the school
